You know the categories now (probably)
Off timed guys (I'm only counting the characters that were added in this one): phase 1: Crystal, maybe Black, THE STILLWATERSONS. phase 2: Crystal, Mayie (or whatever their name was).
Guys with a sound from another character: Phase 1: Nobody. Phase 2: Black (Character that had the sound originally: Yoob)
References: Phase 1: Random characters. Phase 2: Same as phase 1

Removed Real Simon, Crystal, and THE STILLWATERSONS from the off-timed phase 1 list
Removed Real Simon and THE STILLWATER SONS from the off-timed phase 2 list
Bonus notes: Real Simon and THE STILLWATERSONS' sounds changed in both phases. Pinki, Tunner, Mr. Fun Computer, and Jevin's phase 2 sound changed (or was it always like that?)
